I'd have to familiarize myself with your guys's codebase/rules/conventions but I'd be happy to contribute a PDF scraper to ferry if that's desired - of course there's no guarantee that the location and formatting will stay the same every year, but it seems to have been linked to from the same page since 2013, and the formatting only slightly changed once in the last ten years: 2013-2019 followed a constant formatting, and 2020-2024 followed a slightly different but also constant formatting.
